  2. Light Curtains: Light curtains provide precise control, allowing for quick and accurate die-cutting without any wasted time.
  3. Precision Tooling: Heskins uses laser-cut rule tooling, ensuring an accuracy level of 0.1mm.
  4. Kiss-Cutting: Depending on the specific requirements and order quantity, kiss-cut abrasive materials can also be produced.

Method 2: Rotary Die-Cutting

Rotary die-cutting is exclusively employed for non-abrasive anti-slip materials. This method offers several advantages:

  1. Speed: Rotary die-cutting is significantly faster than flatbed die-cutting, making it ideal for high-volume production.
  2. Versatility: Rotary tools are highly precise and versatile, capable of performing multiple tasks, including die-cutting, kiss-cutting, sheeting, slitting, and creating butterfly or snap-backed liners.
